Courier FAQs & Reviews

How much does it cost to deliver something?

All costs are worked out by the loaded mile, from the point of collection to the delivery address. These will then vary dependent on the service required and the amount of room taken up in the van and their weight.

What happens if you damage the goods?

All goods are covered by my £50k Goods in Transit insurance.

How do you secure the goods to be delivered?

I carry Blankets, Straps, Foam blocks & Restraining bars, all of which can be used to secure a wide range of goods of varying sizes and shapes.

Who collects and delivers the goods?

I collect and deliver everything myself; I do not subcontract any work out!

How will I know when the goods have been delivered?

If provided with your own delivery note, it will be photographed once signed and sent to you immediately via email or WhatsApp. If no paperwork has been provided, then a photograph of the goods will be taken at the delivery point and a name obtained, then sent to you immediately.

Do I need to pack and protect my goods?

Any extra packaging you do will help, but its not necessary, as I can protect most goods with all the blankets and straps that I carry.

How much weight can you carry?

I can carry a maximum of 1,000 kilo’s (1 tonne).

Do you deliver overseas?

No, I deliver to mainland England, Scotland, and Wales.

How do I pay?

An invoice is raised and emailed to you. You can then follow the links to pay via any card, or by bank transfer from the details provided on the invoice.
